The key purpose of the Last Mile Manager role is to be the owner of end-to-end fulfillment cycle with high level of customer satisfaction and associated processes and procedures. The role identifies ongoing productivity enhancement in the overall online fulfillment process, maintaining a clear and scalable last mile strategy to support the growth of MAF Lifestyle.
Job Responsibilities:
Build the last mile operating function to ensure best customer service and cost effectivenessOptimize the last mile delivery routes ensuring SLAs and cost budgets are met Manage the last Mile function and team across countries ensuring seamless operation.Develop and implement the growth plan for last mile delivery services in line with MAFL Digital strategy
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing or E-Commerce9+ years of experience in last mile delivery Experience in Supply Chain is an advantage
