1) PA Personal Assistance female, Must be a Graduate and should have relevant experience, 2-3 Years in respective filed acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager’s attention managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

2)  Asst Accountant Must be a Graduate and should have relevant experience, 2-3 Years in respective filed Maintain financial records for client companies by analysing balance sheets and general ledger accounts Reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions to the general ledger Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc Process weekly payroll accurately and timely Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date Prepare bank deposits
