QC Inspector Mechanical & Electrical

QC Inspector -Mechanical 

1. Diploma/Degree in mechanical/production
2. CSWIP 3.1 post 5 years’ experience
3. NDT level – 2 in UT, MPI, PT, RT
4. Internal auditor for QMS/ISO
5. Previous client approval as mentioned in the CV
6. Experience required Oil and Gas/EPIC :
   1. Piping and Structure fabrication & installation
   2. Piping Fabrication package preparation
   3. Tie-Package preparation
   4. Shutdown activity

QC Inspector – E&I 

1.    Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation/E&TC

2.    Internal auditor QMS/ISO

3.    Previous client approval as mentioned in the CV

4.    Experience required in Oil and Gas/EPIC:

a.    8-10 years of experience in automation background

b.    Testing of cable deliveries (Instrument Cables, F&G Cable)

c.     Calibration of Instrument (per instrument type) wireless  & field Instruments  PT, TT, FT, LT and Positioners

d.    Installation of Cabinets (For DCS, ESD & Fire & Gas) System

e.    Installation of Instrument Stanchion & Field Instruments (Process & Fire & Gas) ‐ PT, TT, FT, LT etc.

f.     Modification and replacements of existing PLC Panel

g.    (Installation of Input / Output Cards, Devices, System Cabling / Wiring & Software Upgrade) – SHUTDOWN ACTIVITY

h.    Modification and replacements of existing Monitoring wire Instruments with wireless Instrument’s (Installation of Input / Output Devices, System Cabling / Wiring & Software Upgrade) – SHUTDOWN ACTIVITY

i.      Pressure Leak Test for Air Supply Piping, Impulse Line & etc.

j.      Loop Folder Index (Loop Folder), Loop Testing & Functional Test (By pre‐commissioning group)

k.     Testing of cable deliveries (LV Power & Control Cables)

l.      Modification of existing Power Management System with new System Including Cabling / Wiring & SHUTDOWN ACTIVITY

m.   Modification of existing MCC Panels space & Installation with new feeder’s including with Cabling / Wiring & SHUTDOWN ACTIVITY

n.    Existing LV MCC Panels  feeder’s functional Check

Working Hours: 8hrs ( QR 4000+350+150)
