BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Need minimum 7 years experience
JOBS & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Study the scope of work/ tender documents/ basic of design.
2. Understand IFC drawings, related to local/ international standards
3. Preparation of shop drawing HVAC/ Fire fighting/ Plumbing as per the standards
4. Preparation of as-built drawing HVAC/ Fire fighting/ Plumbing as per the site condition
5. Preparation of Co-ordination drawing HVAC/ Fire fighting/ Plumbing/ Electrical/ Fire Alarm as per other services
6. Preparation of shop and as-built drawings for the electrical and fire alarm for small projects
7. Preparation of Duct design, AHU, ESP calculation and pump head calculation
8. Preparation of Heat load calculation
9. Support to estimation team from the quantity take off from the MEP tender/ IFC drawings
10. Quantity take-off from Mechanical drawings related to Plumbing, Fire fighting, drainage and HVAC works.
